About the programme

Where science, movement, and connection meet

Through a combination of outdoor activities, cognitive exercises, group discussions, reflective practices, and practical learning experiences, participants will be introduced to tools that support emotional wellbeing, confidence, flexible thinking, and lifelong learning skills.

Places are limited to ensure a personalised and engaging experience for all participants.

How sessions work

Small groups, big experiences

Structured small-group sessions

Groups of 6 to 15 participants — small enough for each young person to be seen, supported, and genuinely challenged.

Outdoor activities and group challenges

Interactive experiences designed to encourage curiosity, confidence, and personal growth in a natural setting.

Positive Psychology & Sports Science Practitioner, Behavioural & Wellbeing Support Practitioner, and Student Development Coach. Inga specialises in helping young people build confidence, resilience, and a positive mindset through movement and evidence-based wellbeing practices.

Dr Sara Santos, PhD

IngoC Cognitive Enhancement Centre (CEC)

Director of the Cognitive Enhancement Centre (CEC) and Portugal's only Licensed Arrowsmith Provider. Dr Sara Santos brings expertise in neuroplasticity-based cognitive development and evidence-informed educational approaches.
