IngoC CEC is a cognitive enhancement centre based in Oeiras, Portugal — bringing together the Arrowsmith Program, creative mathematics education, and education consulting. Founded by Dr Sara Santos, a British-Portuguese mathematician whose career has spanned the Royal Institution, King's College London, and BBC television.
